**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecom Fiber Inspector to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for enforcing safety, quality control, and ensuring that all work performed adheres to engineering design drawings and applicable specifications and standards.

**Responsibilities**

  • Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Verify that all work performed adheres to engineering design drawings and applicable specifications and standards
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, stakeholders, and the public
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Ariel Fiber, Underground Fiber, Boring, Trenching, and Plowing
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering design and specifications of design packages
  • Experience around either Transmission/Substation or Distribution projects
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret design packages
  • Leadership/compliance management experience is a plus
  • Proficient at using a computer and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to communicate effectively
