Job Overview

Think Power Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Field Construction Representative to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with engineering design specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify that all work performed adheres to design drawings and applicable specifications.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Travel to project sites as required to ensure effective project execution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience with Ariel Fiber, Underground Fiber, Boring, Trenching, and Plowing.
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering design and specifications of design packages.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret design packages.
  • Leadership and compliance management experience is a plus.
