Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect vacant units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Perform general repairs and upkeep to vacant units, adhering to company standards and guidelines
  • Coordinate with the property team to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Responsible for daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property
Requirements
  • General maintenance and safety experience knowledge
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge required to perform job functions
  • Strong communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Work Schedule

9am-6pm, Monday-Friday (work schedules may vary). Some overtime may be required, including on-call and rotating on-call responsibilities.
