Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Eurest - J&J. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients for food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Weigh and measure designated ingredients to ensure accurate portion control.
  • Transport food and supplies to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Store food in designated areas, following proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
  • Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety requirements.
