About the Job

Terminix Service Inc of Asheville, NC is seeking a Pest Control Technician (Pest Management Professional) to manage an established pest control route by selling services to new/current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services.

This is a stable career opportunity with a recession-proof industry. As a Pest Control Technician (Pest Management Professional), you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, meeting new people and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell services to new/current customers
  • Schedule appointments
  • Conduct home inspections
  • Perform pest control services

Requirements:

  • No experience necessary, we provide paid training
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces
  • Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
  • Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
  • Sales ability
