Job Summary

As a Worldwide Secondary Market Data Scientist at Apple, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in data science and visualization to drive growth and innovation across our worldwide sales finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to inform pricing decisions across all lines of hardware business
  • Develop and maintain advanced statistical models to predict market trends and optimize pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations and analytics solutions
  • Champion data management efficiency improvements and streamline processes to enhance data quality and accuracy
  • Prepare and distribute regular executive review packages to inform business strategy
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data science and visualization techniques
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, data science, engineering, or mathematics
  • Expert knowledge in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau, with experience working with large datasets and optimizing SQL queries
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work independently and lead cross-functional projects
What We Offer

At Apple, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $136,300 to $205,500, as well as opportunities for discretionary bonuses and commission payments. We also offer comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and a range of discounted products and services. Additionally, this role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
