System Integration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Engineer to join our innovative teams. As a key player in our integration team, you will be responsible for combining Wind River embedded solutions with VMware's virtualization technologies on Dell hardware, creating robust, high-performance systems that drive mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of Wind River embedded systems (including VxWorks, Wind River Linux, and Helix Virtualization) with VMware's virtualization platforms (vSphere, ESXi, Telco Cloud, and Tanzu).
  • Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure using Dell PowerEdge servers and VxRail for hyper-converged infrastructure in industrial automation, energy, and defense sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration across software and hardware platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integration, including performance tuning, networking, and hardware compatibility.
  • Deploy and configure edge computing devices and virtualized environments for real-time applications, ensuring high reliability and availability.
  • Create comprehensive documentation of integration processes, system configurations, and deployment strategies to streamline future projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in systems integration with expertise in Wind River VxWorks or Wind River Linux.
  • Proficiency with VMware hypervisor technologies including vSphere, ESXi, and Tanzu for containers.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell PowerEdge servers and VxRail (hyper-converged infrastructure), along with knowledge of edge computing devices.
  • Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and real-time systems, including VMware NSX for networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
