  • Execute procedures as outlined by the Aquatics Director
  • Train instructors to teach safe and effective classes
  • Organize and schedule group classes as needed
  • Maintain equipment and pool areas
  • Prepare weekly aquatic reports with the Aquatics Director
  • Promote classes and events internally and externally
  • Perform duties as required for group instructors
  • Attend staff and club meetings and events
  • Establish professional relationships with members and staff
  • Ensure timely completion of required documentation

Expectations:
  • Present a professional demeanor at all times
  • Provide input on strategies to support club goals and objectives
  • Develop a team atmosphere among staff and department
  • Respond to member inquiries and complaints

Requirements:
  • Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Hold current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Customer service skills

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to communicate with guests and associates
