Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
* Ensure all areas are spotless, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing for our guests
* Perform all cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and making beds
* Wipe, polish, and detail specific areas of the hotel
* Remove debris and trash from areas to keep the physical property in spotless condition
* Monitor the physical condition of carpeting, upholstery, and other furnishings and equipment in assigned areas, and report items in need of repair
* Take inventory, replenish toiletries, and other essential supplies
* Remove trash, recycling, and report maintenance issues
* Respect guests' privacy by following 'do not disturb' signs
* Inspect rooms as well as common areas to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
* Must have outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
* Must have strong attention to detail
* Must be able to document and articulate information clearly
* Must be able to walk, bend, lift, kneel, stand, push, and pull, during an 8-hour shift
* Must be able to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
