Job Summary
As a Room Attendant at Parx Casino, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
  • Ensure that bathrooms are sanitized and fully stocked with towels and toiletries.
  • Change sheets, make beds, and ensure rooms have an adequate supply of fresh linens.
  • Remove debris and trash from rooms and restock beverages and food items.
  • Greet guests, respond to inquiries, and communicate special requests.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to document and articulate information clearly.
  • Ability to walk, bend, lift, kneel, stand, push, and pull during an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
