  • Establish a weekly sales plan for designated territories.
  • Monitor market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Prepare reports on business transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure material grading and quality.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A high school diploma or GED; a college degree is a plus.
  • One to three years of relevant experience or training.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to drive regularly, lift up to 20 lbs occasionally, and engage in physical activities such as standing or walking for extended periods.
Work Environment:
Work is primarily conducted indoors, with occasional outdoor activities and travel involved.
