Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our Pioneer Brand sales team in Southeast Iowa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, coaching and developing our sales representatives, and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Coach and develop our sales team to enhance selling activity, differentiate products and services, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Sales: Help sell larger accounts within assigned territory, team sell with local sellers, and directly manage customer and prospect assignments.
  • Technical Skills/Product Understanding: Maintain a thorough knowledge of Pioneer products and services, troubleshoot customer complaints, and provide agronomic support and advice to growers and prospects.
  • Recruitment: Recruit, select, and retain a high-quality sales force that can meet the needs of our customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Business, or related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Agronomy and crop production practices preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work in a rural environment.
  • Ability to pass a driving record background check.
