Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shelter Services Manager to join our team at Women In Need, Inc. in New York City.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $55-65K per year.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shelters, including volunteer management, donation coordination, and client services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of our shelters, including volunteer management and donation coordination;
  • Ensuring that all programs and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve client outcomes and satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including development, marketing, and fundraising;

Requirements include:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills; experience in supervising staff and volunteers;
