Job Title: Case Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Housing

Job Summary: As a key member of the Porchlight team, the Case Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting residents at the 306 N. Brooks Street location. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Housing Staff to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on resident interactions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of resident interactions, using Word for typing case notes.
  • Schedule appointments with Brooks Street residents for the Director of Housing.
  • Ensure timely completion of annual paperwork for residents.
  • Distribute important communications to residents from staff, including memos and emails.
  • Maintain accurate information on resident storage lockers.
  • Update bulletin boards with relevant information on training, housing, employment, and community resources.
  • Act as a lead to resolve resident-to-resident conflicts in a compassionate and respectful manner.
