Job Title: Associate Director Supply Chain Development

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Supply Chain Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercialization activity, optimizing growth, capacity, and supply continuity, and providing updates to leadership and stakeholders on key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical and supply chain readiness to support commercialization activity.
  • Optimize growth, capacity, supply continuity, and cost out initiatives.
  • Provide updates to leadership, platform leads, project team, and vendors on key initiatives.
  • Be the liaison between the business team and manufacturing site/co-manufacturer.
  • Support business and manufacturing systems initiatives as needed.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the commercialization process through collaboration with key partners and best practice sharing.
  • Manage and develop growth and innovation pipeline requests in partnership with marketing and sales.
  • Pilot the manufacturing element of commercialization as it relates to NPDs and cost out changes.
  • Be the conduit between 3rd party vendors and KHC driving NPDs at a co-manufacturing site.
  • Provide input and solutions in commercialization meetings as they relate to manufacturing solutions.
  • Support the Supply Chain Commercialization team during project prioritization to align on MOQs for materials and production.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of related experience in manufacturing, business development, or HQ business team experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or other related fields.
  • Experience working in a consumer food company; startup experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in Plant Manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with basic Marketing/Finance principles.
  • Eager to build new procedures and processes from scratch.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive mentality.
  • Ability to translate business expectations into supply chain solutions.
  • Possess strong planning, project management, and execution skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, both regionally and globally.
  • Be agile, adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a multifaceted and changing culture environment.
  • Possess strong digital literacy, including a high level of proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, amongst others.
