We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our operations at Specialized Pavement Marking, Inc. This role is essential for ensuring efficient management of our shop and team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in maintenance and repair of diesel vehicles

  • Proficient in using computer systems for maintenance tracking and inventory management
  • CDL A certification is highly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Capability to lift heavy items and maintain physical stamina
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Experience with various mechanical systems, including pneumatics, electrical systems, hydraulics, and gas engines
