We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team in Santa Fe. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, back rubs, oral hygiene, and changing bed linens
  • Assist with dressing and undressing patients
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping
  • Assist with feeding patients
  • Monitor and report on patient skin conditions to prevent breakdown
  • Communicate patient condition and significant changes to the Case Manager
Requirements:
  • State certification as a nurse aide
  • Current CPR certification
  • Clear record on the state aide registry
  • 18 years of age (or as required by state law)
  • Valid driver's license with insured vehicle
