Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at North Bay Children. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who is committed to providing a nurturing environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Implement Activities: Develop and deliver a variety of engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with the philosophies of North Bay Children and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Teaching Team: Work closely with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain a Safe and Orderly Environment: Ensure the classroom and outdoor play areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Communicate with Parents: Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ECE programs, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Certifications and Training: Valid certifications in Pediatric First Aid and CPR, as well as any other relevant training.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English, with Spanish language skills desirable but not required.
