Job Title: Substance Abuse Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team at Pinnacle Treatment Centers. As a Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive treatment to patients struggling with addiction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct group and individual counseling sessions
  • Assess and address patient needs, including crisis situations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • CDCA or higher certification or licensure in Ohio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and practices
