We currently have openings for experienced Advanced Practice Providers interested in both inpatient and outpatient settings, specializing in palliative care.


  • Independently conducts comprehensive history and physical assessments on patients; analyzes and synthesizes data to formulate appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Engages in quality of life discussions with patients and their families, fostering open communication.
  • Collaborates closely with care coordinators to ensure timely access to ancillary services.
  • Works in partnership with physicians to manage both acute and chronic medical needs of patients.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in exercising autonomy in medical decision-making and delivering a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic services.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold current Board Certification in a relevant Nursing Specialty/Field.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Nursing from accredited institutions is required.
  • Prior nursing experience is essential, with preference given to those with experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Provider; however, strong critical thinking skills are a must.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and the application of critical thinking skills in caring for elderly, chronically ill, and recovering residents is essential.
