Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Flagship Facility Services. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure that all facilities are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned regularly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure that all facilities are compliant with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a janitorial or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
