Responsibilities
You will strategize, organize, and execute tasks necessary to guarantee exceptional customer service and adherence to the relevant guidelines of the Marine Corps Housing Office policies and procedures.

You will oversee the functionality and upkeep of the Public Private Venture (PPV) Housing, assessing financial and maintenance plans and reports. You will analyze management, maintenance, and operational costs, review statistical data, and develop insights that encompass current and historical expenditures, as well as review and provide feedback on the PPV Property Manager's annual housing operation budget.

You will maintain records of the Resident Satisfaction Survey (RSS) results for the installation.

You will assist tenants of Public Private Venture (PPV) housing in addressing complaints and disputes regarding various issues in accordance with Business Agreements.

You will relay advanced housing information, including housing conditions, rental costs, occupancy rates, and other general information to incoming personnel.

You will ensure that occupancy data in the housing software program is reviewed and updated on a daily/monthly basis, accurately reflecting current occupancy.

Requirements
Conditions of Employment
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Managing housing contracts, including planning, monitoring, and evaluating housing operations; advising families, staff, and personnel on housing issues such as resolving complaints and disputes and providing advanced housing information (e.g., housing conditions, rental costs, occupancy rates).

Experience refers to both paid and unpaid work, including volunteer activities through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work contributes to building essential competencies, knowledge, and skills, providing valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may also meet the minimum qualifications through one of the following:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.

Additional Information
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled.
