Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and monitor productivity plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technology initiatives to improve WTBn's IT infrastructure.
  • Install and troubleshoot hardware and software to ensure seamless operation.
  • Maintain proper interfacing between machines and systems to prevent technical issues.
  • Provide training to staff on new technologies and systems.
  • Institute and document IT requirements throughout the organization to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and manage Microsoft SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
  • Update and maintain the WTBn public website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Track and manage all WTBn devices using SharePoint while conducting verification of all items.
  • Provide help desk support for all WTBn personnel, troubleshooting computer systems, printers, and telephones.
  • Repair and/or replace IT equipment throughout WTBn office space.
  • Work with WTBn personnel, other USMC departments, and vendors to develop new systems, resolve system problems, plan and schedule technology installations, and ensure compliance with USMC technology standards.
  • Prepare user manuals and procedures related to information systems and conduct training for personnel.
  • Implement and manage all USMC IT security measures for WTBn equipment and personnel.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of IT support experience.
  • Experience in network management and help desk support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint Online.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and able to troubleshoot and repair issues.
  • Knowledge of IT systems and applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Security + Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in an IT concentration.
