At i4 Search Group Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Hospice RN to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Job Summary:
The Director of Hospice RN will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of clinical care delivery for Hospice, including financial management, cost control, and regulatory compliance. This role will also focus on creating a positive work environment through motivation and engagement of staff to achieve retention of qualified staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical care delivery and financial performance
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational metrics to inform decision-making
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Current RN license within the State of practice
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
- Five to Ten years of managerial/executive level experience in home health/hospice
- Understanding of financial statements and financial analysis
- Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement initiatives, data usage, and statistical methods
- Skills in written and oral communication, supervision of staff, documentation requirements, service coordination, and case management
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft programs
