Pediatric Home Health Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at MVP Pediatric Home Health Corp. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to a 3-year-old female patient with complex medical needs.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a current nursing license in Texas (RN or LVN), a current Texas driver's license, and be a self-motivator who requires little supervision. You will work closely with our clinical supervisor and other agencies to implement and evaluate patient care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing procedures outlined in the patient's care plan
  • Participate in assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical supervisor and other agencies
  • Provide training to caregivers as needed

Requirements
