Salary and Benefits

Job Description
We're seeking a BCBA to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team, which provides therapeutic services to children and youth experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral problems. The ideal candidate will have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of client behavior and develop targeted interventions
- Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs
- Collaborate with caregivers and family members to develop personalized treatment plans
- Analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress
- Model adherence to professional ethics and standards, including HIPAA compliance
Requirements and Qualifications
- MUST BE A LICENSED BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST IN THE STATE OF PA
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, human behavior or relevant social sciences field of study (required)
- Current clinical certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute (required)
- 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services (required)
