We are a leading provider of Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) in Northampton County, dedicated to delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children and youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral problems.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time Behavioral Specialist. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing ABA services to clients and their families, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop targeted interventions using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized treatment plans that address skill deficits and behavioral challenges.
  • Supervise and train behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Analyze data and program outcomes to inform treatment decisions and improve service effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders to promote successful outcomes and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, human behavior, or relevant field of study.
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist in the State of PA.
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
  • 1+ years of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $72,000 per year.
  • Incentive rate: $80-$100 per hour for billable hours above 80 monthly.
