Clinical Research Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Physician to join our team at M3 USA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the conduct of clinical trials, providing clinical mentorship and leadership to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical expertise in the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external medical professionals, local opinion leaders, and biopharmaceutical companies.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Patient Engagement to ensure seamless execution of research protocols.
- Lead and oversee a team of researchers and clinical staff involved in the conduct of clinical trials.
- Evaluate study volunteer eligibility, perform physical exams, and assessments as required per research protocols.
- Complete all industry-required training and stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research developments.
- 10 years' post-training experience as a physician in endocrinology.
- Currently licensed to practice medicine in the state of hire with no history of license suspension or debarment.
- Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions.
- Strong leadership qualities, ability to build rapport with patients and biopharmaceutical sponsors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
