Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Sales Associate to enhance our branch operations. This role is essential in delivering outstanding service to customers through various communication channels including counter sales, phone, email, and online inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and courteous interactions.
2. Address customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and information.
3. Process customer orders efficiently, including special requests.
4. Maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors.
5. Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and conduct inspections on equipment.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess a valid driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- HVAC knowledge is advantageous.
