Key Responsibilities
The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor merchandise area.
- Assisting with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise throughout the store.
- Supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals and promoting products to customers.
- Participating in store meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal retail experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb.
Compensation
Starting at $10.00 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for advancement within the company.
