**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with lean/continuous improvement processes and quality operations.
  • Ability to travel within the Midwest region and potentially internationally.
