Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Aide to join our team at Cleveland Clinic. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential support to patients and their families during a challenging time.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by physicians and supervised by registered nurses or other healthcare professionals.
- Help patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Ensure the patient's environment is clean, safe, and comfortable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and progress.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
