Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the State of Georgia. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing client health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client health problems and needs, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies for prevention and intervention.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, taking into account client goals, preferences, and cultural background.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including client history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Administer nursing care to clients, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
