Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patient health status, determining nursing diagnoses, establishing nursing goals, and developing, implementing, and evaluating the nursing plan of care.

You will work collaboratively with members of the Health Care Team (HCT) and leaders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, effective, and efficient care. Your active participation in quality improvement activities and initiatives will contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will have the opportunity to participate in the orientation and training of new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum one (1) year of RN clinical experience or completion of the Kaiser Permanente Georgia Nurse Residency program
* Registered Professional Nurse License (Georgia) required at hire
* Basic Life Support required at hire
* Associates degree in nursing

Preferred Qualifications:

* Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
* Bachelors degree in nursing

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
