RN - Psych Intensive Treatment Nurse - Per Diem - Evenings
Job Summary:Sharp HealthCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Psych Intensive Treatment team on a per diem basis. As a Psych Intensive Treatment Registered Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current California RN license.
- 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing.
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional certification.
