Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Housing Stability and Supports program to lead a team of case managers in providing comprehensive services to individuals experiencing homelessness.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, licensure in Massachusetts, and at least 2 years of clinical supervisory experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to conduct clinical assessments and provide treatment recommendations.

Schedule: 40 hours Monday - Friday, 8-4:30pm
Pays: $77,417.60 annually DOE (determined by experience)
Location: Boston, MA

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of case managers in providing intensive case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide treatment recommendations
  • Develop and implement individual service plans with participants
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, clinical psychology, education)
  • Licensure in Massachusetts in Social Work or Mental Health (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or Clinical Psychologist)
  • At least 2 years of clinical supervisory experience or equivalent combination of skills and experience
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing substance abuse, mental illness, trauma, homelessness, and other complex disorders
