Crisis Team Lead

Our organization is dedicated to providing comprehensive housing and healthcare services to individuals and families in need.
The Clinical Supervisor, Crisis will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Housing Clinical Services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Crisis Team in responding to crisis referrals
- Develop and implement effective interventions to promote behavioral health stability
- Collaborate with other departments to improve utilization rates of crisis services
- Maintain positive relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Massachusetts as a LICSW, LMHC, or Clinical Psychologist, or eligible for independent licensure upon hire
- Master's degree or higher in a related field (i.e., social work, clinical psychology, education, nursing)
- Minimum of two years' clinical supervisory experience
- Experience working within a crisis team and with individuals experiencing substance abuse, mental illness, trauma, homelessness, and/or complex disorders
