As a Customer Experience Supervisor at M&D Supply, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the customer experience by working closely with our sales team to provide exceptional customer service. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's success by setting it apart from competitors through the provision of helpful and knowledgeable customer service.

The key responsibilities of this role include hiring and training new employees, budgeting and planning for resource allocation, leading teams, managing conflict, administering discipline, and evaluating employee performance. In addition, you will work closely with the management team to develop goals and strategies to drive operational excellence.

To excel in this position, you will need to possess strong leadership and communication skills, be able to obtain certifications such as LP Gas and forklift, and have a minimum of one to three years of experience in related fields or previous management experience. The estimated salary for this role is $13-$14 per hour.
