Work Environment:
Our shop operates Monday through Friday, equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technology to ensure efficient vehicle servicing. We are committed to advancing our operations towards a paperless environment, utilizing digital inspections and work orders.
Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Technician is to effectively diagnose, inspect, repair, service, and/or overhaul vehicle issues and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated physical and mental capacity to perform detailed repairs and services.
- Ethical conduct in all job aspects.
- Ability to communicate necessary work to the Service Advisor/Manager and perform well under pressure.
- Meet or exceed industry standards established by recognized trade organizations.
- Possession or progress towards ASE Certifications upon hiring.
- Ownership of essential hand tools for job efficiency.
- Willingness to participate in training sessions.
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and certifications.
