Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and managing trial.
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil matters.
  • Negotiate settlements of civil disputes in the best interest of our clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of law sources, including statutes, legal articles, legal decisions, and legal codes, to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc., for case.
  • Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
Requirements:
  • A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Proven track record of success in the courtroom, including trial experience.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
