Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled carpenter to work on various residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in carpentry and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, using hand tools and power tools
Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
Ensure high-quality finishes and accuracy in construction
Communicate effectively with property owners and team members to ensure smooth project completions
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in carpentry
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
