Key Responsibilities:
A typical day includes:
- Overseeing staff schedules and managing cancellations within the assigned state.
- Serving as a communication bridge between families and therapists as necessary.
- Updating relevant spreadsheets within our system.
- Ensuring optimal utilization of client hours and therapist availability.
- Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure staffing needs are met.
- Engaging in strategic planning to expand services and optimize caseloads.
- Working with management to enhance internal processes and strategies.
- Responding to patient inquiries and communications.
- Collecting necessary consents and ABA documentation from patient families.
- Verifying insurance eligibility and coverage information.
- Documenting all changes and communications related to patient accounts as needed.
- Maintaining efficient scheduling, waitlist management, registration, patient flow, and discharge procedures to improve patient satisfaction.
- Addressing client concerns with sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 2 years in a communication-focused role.
- At least 2 years of experience with a strong grasp of management and strategic planning.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work collaboratively across various functions.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, OneNote, and general computer skills.
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
