Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Laboratory Manager to join our team at Global Healthcare Services. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring the highest level of quality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of laboratory professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with the Lab Director to develop and implement strategic plans for laboratory growth and improvement.
  • Assist in the oversight of laboratory operations, including quality control, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
  • Provide administrative support to the Lab Director, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • MT with 3-5 years of supervisory or lead experience in a hospital laboratory.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
