Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve, rehabilitate, or maintain patients' motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet patients' goals and needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program/school.
  • Licensed by the State of Ohio or in the process of being licensed.
  • Open to new graduates and experienced professionals.
  • Home Health experience preferred, but not required.
  • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
