Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of the Process and Technical Support teams, prioritizing safety and quality compliance.
- Champion standardized procedures to cultivate a workplace that is consistently evolving and improving.
- Instill best manufacturing practices through effective leadership, driving the organization towards operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve production goals, setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback for professional development.
- Monitor team performance to ensure each member contributes effectively to production objectives.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and developing team members to meet growth and business objectives.
- Background in Process or Project Engineering within a manufacturing context is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Projects, Operational Excellence, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Passion for collaborating with diverse levels within the organization, including technicians, engineers, sales, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining safety as a top priority.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills for managing short, medium, and long-term initiatives.
- Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions swiftly, even under pressure.
