As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Greet customers with a friendly and genuine welcome, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.
  • Address Customer Needs: Quickly and efficiently address any customer needs, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment: Maintain a high level of cleanliness, ensuring the host stand and surrounding areas are tidy and inviting.
  • Manage High-Volume Environment: Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, handling spontaneous requests with ease and confidence.
  • Utilize Technology: Have familiarity with Toast POS systems and proficiency in using Resy or similar digital/online reservation platforms.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays, and be willing to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
