Hospitality Ambassador

Elmer's Restaurants is seeking a skilled Host/Busser to provide exceptional guest experiences and contribute to the success of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage the wait list and provide assistance to servers as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, waiting area, and restrooms.
• Restock tables with necessary items and remove dirty dishes and utensils to the bus cart area.
• Refill coffees and waters for guests and handle guest payments.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location and of the guests who typically visit the work location.
• Must have a valid Food Handler's Card and a valid Alcohol Server Permit if required by State regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures.
• Ability to make quality decisions relying on experience and good judgment with supervisory assistance.
