Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant to provide exceptional speech services to PreK-4th grade students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students in a PreK-4th grade setting
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized speech plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve students' communication skills
  • Provide support and guidance to students, teachers, and parents to promote effective communication
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development in PreK-4th grade students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
