Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Idaho license as a Speech/Language Pathologist
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
  • Successful completion of a background check

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services
  • Develop and oversee treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and maintain effective communication with the therapy team
  • Tailor instructional materials to meet individual patient needs
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills with patients of varying ages
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Manage unforeseen circumstances with agility and compassion
  • Assist with transportation when required
