Role Overview: Oversee and guide team members in a manufacturing setting: organize and delegate tasks, enforce policies and procedures, suggest enhancements in techniques, equipment, operational processes, and working conditions while achieving or surpassing set production goals.

  • Seeking a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks, solve problems effectively, and possesses the ambition to learn and advance in a dynamic environment within a growing organization.
  • Examine materials, products, or machinery to identify defects or issues, and promptly inform the management team of any shortcomings.
  • Collaborate with fellow supervisors to synchronize operations and activities across departments.
  • Propose or execute strategies to inspire employees and enhance production techniques, equipment efficiency, product quality, and overall productivity.
  • Direct, coordinate, and oversee the tasks of employees working in the painting department.
  • Interpret and assess charts, work orders, production schedules, and other documentation to determine production needs and evaluate current production metrics and outputs.
  • Order materials, supplies, equipment components, or repair services as necessary.
  • Maintain operational records, including cycle times, production outputs, and cost data, and prepare management reports detailing production performance.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet production requirements.
